2024-On tour in Shenandoah County: Enjoying New Market- The 2024 Shenandoah County Tour of New Market was a memorable event, offering visitors the chance to explore the town’s rich history, scenic beauty, and local culture. Attendees were able to immerse themselves in everything that makes New Market such a special place in the Shenandoah Valley, from historic landmarks to unique shops.


2024-A Proclamation honoring Mr. Allen Johnson-On the 16th day of December 2024, the Mayor, and Town Council of New Market, Virginia, honored and recognized Allen Johnson for his extraordinary service and contributions, expressing profound gratitude for his sacrifice and commitment to the nation.


2024-A Proclamation Recognizing New Market Exxon for their years of business operations in the Town of New Market- The Mayor and Town Council of the Town of New Market formally recognized and extended its deepest appreciation to New Market Exxon for 65 years of business and significant contributions to our community as well as to Walter McDaniel Jr. for his dedication and commitment at New Market Exxon.
