Historic Overlay District Review Board
The Historic Overlay District Review Board (HODRB) reviews projects within the Historic Overlay District (HOD) relating to physical changes of buildings and other structures and offer non-binding recommendations. Ordinary maintenance and paint color are exempted from review. The HODRB consists of seven members; three residents of the Town, three owners of property located within the HOD, and one Town staff member. The Board has no set meeting schedule, rather meeting as needed.
